APPLICATION

The Pro-PolyTM PERSR Series Anodeless Gas Riser is for use in Natural and LP (Propane) underground gas applications utilizing Polyethylene (MDPE) gas pipelines. Meets or exceeds ASTM D2513 Category 1 and ASTM F1973 specifications.

INSTALLATION

Product installation and system testing shall be in accordance with all applicable local codes and the Pro-Poly Installation Guide.

MATERIALS

Steel Gas Carrier: Sch 40 & 80—ASTM A53/API 5L

Pipe Threads: ASTM B117 Welds: API 1104

Polyethylene Pipe: ASTM D2513

Epoxy Coating: 8mm minimum thickness, AGA 49 grey, Cathodic disbondment testing per ASTM G8, Salt Spray testing per ASTM B117, Impact resistance testing per ASTM G14
