Better freeze/thaw resistance, less prone to cracking and peeling. Better flow and leveling. Low temperature cure down to 35°F. Use for commercial buildings, offices, hospitals, schools, and apartments. Can be used on primed new wood, previously painted wood, masonry, concrete, cement composite board, primed metal, primed galvanized steel, and aluminum siding. Satin finish. Size 1 gallon.
