Bluefire BTS-8071 Trigger Start Handy Gas Welding Propane Torch Head MAPP MAP PRO Nozzle Brass Knob All-purpose Flame for Brazing Soldering Cooking

The BTS-8071 Trigger Start Handy Torch is a easy-carrying and multi-purpose torch which meets the high quality standards in the portable gas torch industry. Professionally designed for easy-carry and safe-to-use in all circumstances, no matter big or small jobs.

Flexible with popular fuel gases on market, such as MAPP, MAP-pro and Propane gas. Versatile with all working conditions, even including the hard-reaching shallow spaces such as under sinks, under roof, under vehicle and etc.

The trigger-start ignition make it super easy to ignite the flame just by 1-click, build-in adjustable flame control knob can freely size the flame so you can easily switch between different tasks.

The stainless steel burner tube and combustion system are specially designed to generate strong triple-point flame, provides optimized heat output and precision combination.

Solid brass constructed threading and regulator assure seal and regulated pressure for consistent performance even when tiled or momentarily inverted.

Features:

• Triple point flame
• Trigger Start Self-lighting
• Stainless steel burner tube
• Upgraded Brass Internal Structure and full metal knob
• Adjustable flame control
• Ergonomic comfort handle
• Torch compatible with MAPP, MAP/pro (Propylene), Propane, fits 1"-20 UNEF US Standard CGA600 Cylinders
• Gas Cylinder shown in Photo not included, check our variation for complete kit with MAPP cylinder

BTS-8071 is designed with a longer gas valve track to prevent accidentally ignition. When first igniting, customers are recommended to open the gas valve to the maximum until heese sound is heard, after successfully igniting, then you can freely adjust the gas valve lower to any desire flame.

In cold weather operations, to prevent the fuel gas freeze causing unsuccessful ignition, users are recommended to shake the gas cylinder several times before screw on the torch to start fire.

• EASY TO USE: The trigger-start ignition make it super easy to ignite the flame just by 1-click, build-in adjustable flame control knob can freely size the flame so you can easily switch between different tasks;
• VERSATILE: Torch compatible with MAPP, MAP PRO, and Propane, almost all popular fuel gas on the market. Perfect tool for both Professional and DIY applications, an All-Purpose starter's nozzle for everyone;
• CONVENIENT LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN: Ergonomically designed handle is constructed by top-quality plastic to assure durability and lightweight, provide user with the most comforts to hold and operate for long time tasks;
• SAFE ADND STRONG: Stainless steel burner tube and combustion system are specially designed to generate strong triple-point flame, provides optimized heat output and precision combination. High quality manufactured stainless steel threading and regulator assure seal and regulated pressure for consistent performance even when tiled or momentarily inverted;
• UPGRADED: Torch internal and gas knob were upgraded to brass constructed structures, more durable and reliable.

DANGEROUS: DO NOT Use Small Flame !

Warning: Small flames are prohibited!

DO NOT turn the gas flow too small, keep working under small flame will cause the fire burning inside the combustion tube, which will heat the tube into red and damage the ignition and other parts inside the propane torch.

This is the most frequent user claim, which is resulted from wrong operation.

Medium Flame is OK

Medium flame is OK operation.

As long as the flame color is pure blue, the operation is safe.

Propane torch head is recommended to start under the medium gas flow, too strong gas flow will extinguish the spark when igniting. User can turn to the full gas flow after successful ignition.

Large Flame is Recommended

The propane torch design is optimized to use large flame, which reach the balance between output and safety, user can keep working under large flame and never worry about over-heating. The gas knob main track is set to fix on the large flame mode, to assure our users' maximum safety.
